We live on one acre and half of it was very uneven hilly and rocky including the septic area. We tried two other businesses but Adam was the only one experienced enough to take on this project And turned it into a completely different property with beautiful grassy even ground and decorative rock areas. I strongly recommend Variant Construction based on the site preparation and post concrete foundation backfill/soil grading work they did for my new house build project.  Adam and team went above and beyond expectations to complete the work required on a very tight schedule timeline.   The professionalism they demonstrated in the quality of the work and attention to detail was apparent and appreciated.
